Wests is an outstanding wedding venue.

Six tastefully decorated function rooms allow us to cater for parties of 50 to 700 guests and our 5 star service compliments mouth-watering cuisine by top notch chefs. Your wedding is an important occasion for both you and us, that’s why the professional banqueting team at Wests are committed to the success of this day.

Wests Wedding Package

For one fully inclusive price of $80.00 per person our Wedding Package includes:

  • Assorted cold savouries on arrival
  • A full 3 course dinner or buffet on request (select from wedding menu 1 or menu 2)
  • A beverage package for 5 hours consisting of champagne, beer, bottled water, wine and softdrinks
  • Disco music for 5 hours
  • Room hire for 5 hours
  • Round tables
  • Deluxe first night accommodation for the bridal couple in our Terrace Spa Suite, including bottled bath salts, champagne, chocolates and a full breakfast

Tandoori Chicken Salad
Cos lettuce, Cucumber, Red Onion, Coriander, Shallots, Tandoori chicken, Mint Raita

Popcorn Whiting
With a rocket, red onion & caper salad with lemon aioli

Main
   

Wild Reef Snapper Fillets
Topped with a pine nut crumble and served with crushed chats, asparagus and a dill & mustard dressing
Or
Cajun Spiced Whole Roasted Scotch Fillet
Oven roasted whole then sliced and served with chilli tossed chats, carrot puree, sweet paprika cream and roasted almond praline

Desserts
    Death by Chocolate
Served warm with thick country style cream and rich chocolate sauce

Vanilla Panna Cotta
Served with a Raspberry compote and biscotti

Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni, topped with rich Tomato and Basil Sauce with Shaved Parmesan

    Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
Wrapped in Proscuitto, served with grilled polenta wedge, roasted Mediterranean capsicum and a balsamic glaze

Slow Braised Angus Beef
Served with dauphinoise potato, green beans, oven roasted roma tomato and a horseradish
butter jus

    Sticky Date Pudding
Served with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream
