Balance New Lambton offers the areas premier fitness facilities in the heartland of Newcastle.   Recognised locally as the ‘friendly gym’ these fitness facilities are staff by the Hunters best personal trainers and fitness leaders.  Using proven techniques to assist clients in all manners of fitness training the facility features two levels of training space, is fully airconditioned and has a built in interactive audio visual with 6 x 32 inch LCD screens in the cardio theatre.

The majority of the cardio, weights and circuit equipment are Nautilus brand giving users the most effective workout for effort. 

The upstairs group fitness area has a state-of-the art sound system to help patrons keep a regular beat during group fitness classes.
