We are looking for people who are reliable and motivated with excellent presentation that has the ability to provide the highest level of customer service to our patrons. The role involves carving of roasts and plating of food within the very busy Bistro & Fast Food areas.
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our Functions team. You will be exposed to a variety of Functions preparing modern Australian cuisine or a la carte. Our Events can range from 12 – 800 guests (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
