We are looking for an experienced chef/cook to join our team.  Preferably you have experience working in a similar environment preparing modern Australian cuisine or previous a la carte exposure.  

Your ability to prioritise, multi task and work as a team player are demonstrated strengths along with your professional approach to internal and external customers, as our functions can range from 12 – 800 guests (breakfast, lunch and dinner).   

A mandatory requirement of this role is your availability to work on a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends, mornings and nights.
