Leadership and Development Program
In partnership with TafeNSW, the Wests Leadership Development Program is a tailored learning experience for our current and future leaders. The program offers dedicated training and development on-the-job with access to mentoring and coaching to complement learning through a formal framework of training aligned with chosen career streams.
Apprenticeships and Traineeships
An apprenticeship or traineeship is a great way to start a career in hospitality. Particularly during a trade skills shortage, these programs are mutually beneficial as they combine nationally recognised qualification and on the job experience, allowing participants to earn an income whilst gaining transferable life skills.
